Good morning -
We hope that everyone is having a nice week and are reaching out with an update about conference sign-ups. This afternoon at 2 p.m. (Tuesday, 10/17), we are opening up the remaining slots that are available within the schedule for conferences next week at Blake. Please refer to the e-mail you received last week with directions for signing up. Some reminders are outlined below...
- Each conference will last 7 minutes and will be scheduled on the ‘10s’ (i.e. 11:50, 12:00, 12:10, etc.). There is a 3 minute window of ‘passing time’ between conferences if they are scheduled back-to-back.
- These conferences can take place in person or virtually (via Zoom). The first hour each day is designated as ‘zoom slots’ and the second two hours are designated as ‘in person’.
- Detailed instructions for creating an account and making appointments were included in the letter sent last week.
- Teacher Conference sign-ups will close on Thursday, October 19 at 2 p.m.
