PLEASE CONTINUE TO SEND YOUR STUDENT TO SCHOOL WITH A GOOD QUALITY MASK. We are finding that many students are arriving at school each day without a mask and our supply is running very low.
ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS!
Medfield High School is happy to welcome back Chris Herren who will visit MHS on February 10th to speak to the 11th and 12th graders. An extraordinary basketball player, Chris Herren was a celebrated star in his native Fall River, MA before graduating high school. He went on to play at Boston College and Fresno State, two seasons in the NBA – including one with his hometown team, the Boston Celtics – and seven seasons overseas before losing it all to the disease of addiction. With the unwavering support of his family and friends, Chris has been sober since August 1, 2008, and he now shares his story with the goal of making a positive difference in the lives of others. Thank you to the Medfield PTO for making this presentation possible!

FROM THE ART DEPARTMENT
Congratulations to this year’s Scholastic Art Awards! This national exhibition is the nation’s longest running and most prestigious art award program for creative teens in grades 7-12. Out of the 7,449 art submissions nation-wide: only 455 received a Gold Key, 519 received a Silver Key, and just 935 received an Honorable Mention. For more information, see artandwriting.org

Jostens set the original baby-ad deadline as January 31 and then kindly offered an extension until February 6 at midnight. That new deadline has since passed...no exceptions at this point due to a very tight production schedule. However, there is still time to order a copy of the MHS yearbook online. If you haven't already, click on this link: BUY A YEARBOOK. Thanks in advance for your support!
