Welcome back! Please visit our SCHOOL COUNSELING DEPARTMENT WEBSITE!
FROM THE HEALTH OFFICE
Greetings from the Nurse's Office! We're excited to have all the students back!
ALL families must fill out the google form that will be sent out soon with their student's emergency health information. This MUST be filled out the first week of school. Of note: it is different from the contact information form that is a district form for Aspen. (We are working on combining these 2 for next year.)
If your student has any medications that need to be dropped off such as daily meds to be taken in school, inhalers, epipens or other emergency medications, please have them drop them off to us the first week of school. Here are the forms that you will need:
This year Liz Bennett, RN is back to full time and Meghan Carlson, RN has moved over to Blake as a part time nurse. Brittany Hardiman, RN will be full time at the high school but has also taken over the role of Nurse Leader from Kathy Thompson, RN who retired.
If you have any questions, please let us know. Our number is 508-242-8568. Our fax number is 508-359-4904.
Hope everyone has a great year!
Brittany Hardiman, RN
Liz Bennett, RN
