Dear Parents/Guardians,
It was great to see so many of you at the Elementary Family Literacy event last night. We had almost 500 families in attendance! I want to bring to your attention two additional opportunities for parent/guardian engagement in the next couple of weeks.
- Superintendent Parent/Guardian Advisory Meeting on March 29th at 9:30 AM in the Blake Middle School Library. Topics will include the FY24 Budget, our strategic plan process, and an update on our elementary math program pilot.
- Strategic Plan Focus Group on April 3rd at 6:30 PM in the Dale Street School Cafeteria. We have begun the process for our new strategic plan with consultants from the Teaching and Learning Alliance . They will be in attendance to facilitate a conversation with parents and community members to gain feedback that will guide our educational priorities over the next five years. A survey will be released in mid-April as an additional opportunity to provide feedback for this process.
