From 128 (95): Take Route 109 West through Westwood into Medfield. At the third light in Medfield, turn right onto North Street. Turn left at Dale Street, then right onto Adams Street. Memorial School is located approximately 0.25 mile ahead on the right.

From 495: Take exit 19 onto Route 109 East. Travel through Medway, Millis and then Medfield. Turn left onto North Meadows Road (Route 27 N). At the next light turn right onto Dale Street. Turn left onto Adams Street, traveling approximately 0.25 mile. Memorial School is located on the right.

From Route 9: Take Route 27 South through Natick, Sherborn and into Medfield. At the first light in Medfield, turn left onto Dale Street. Turn left onto Adams Street, traveling approximately 0.25 mile. Memorial School is located on the right.

From Route 1: Take Route 27 North through Walpole and into Medfield. Continue straight at the intersection of Routes 109 and 27. At the next light turn right onto Dale Street. Turn left onto Adams Street, traveling approximately 0.25 mile. Memorial School is located on the right.
