The Medfield Public Schools Bullying Prevention and Intervention Plan has been published and approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

To submit a Bullying Prevention and Intervention Incident Report, fill out and print the Incident Reporting Form for delivery to the building principal.
